This Green Dollhouse by Plan Toys is a completely eco-efficient home! It features replicas of the alternative fuel source and environmental controls that are used in today's eco-friendly homes. This house's energy efficient design includes a wind turbine and a solar cell panel with electrical inverter for generating electricity, a rain barrel for collecting rain, a green facade which helps control the appropriate temperature of the house, and a shade canopy that can be pulled down preventing or allowing the wind and sunlight coming through. Also, recycle bins are included in the set. Includes 5 rooms of furniture made from wood and organic cotton.

Educational benefits include developing creativity/creative thinking abilities, encouraging language development and communication skills, as well as fostering social development. At around age 3 and up, children will especially develop these skills playing in groups or pairs with these dolls and with the dollhouses.

Additionally, parents can rest assured knowing that ALL PlanToys® are made with clean, organic rubberwood from rubber trees which no longer produce latex. To keep the rubberwood pure, no fertilizer is added to the soil for 3 years before the wood is cut. To strengthen the wood, Plan Toys uses a special chemical-free kiln drying process. PlanToys are assembled using a certified E-Zero glue in place of traditional toxic wood glue. Only safe, non-toxic water-based dyes are used on all of their toys. PlanToys® uses soy and water-based inks on their printed materials.
