📦How to return a parcel?

By shipping:

📌 Return conditions

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• unused
• in full комплектation
• in original, undamaged packaging
• with all tags attached

• The product must retain its original appearance

⚠️ If these conditions are not met, the refund will not be issued

🛍️ Simple exchange

• Visit the store
• Bring:
→ the product
→ receipt (if purchased in-store)

✨ Most convenient option (recommended)

• Place a new order on babystore.lv
• In the comments section indicate:
→ that it is an exchange
→ your original order number

💡 We will reserve the item and prepare it for quick pickup

🚫 Non-returnable items

Hygiene and personal-use products cannot be returned if opened:

• Diapers
• Soothers and bottles
• Baby hygiene products
• Underwear
• Socks, tights

• Feeding products:
→ nursing bras
→ nursing pillows
→ breast pumps and accessories

• Textiles and clothing that come into direct contact with the body:
→ nightwear, robes
→ bed linen, sheets
→ towels

• Cosmetics and care products (if opened)

and other personal hygiene items
