The Petromax Tripod Ring makes it possible to instantly build a campfire for outdoor cooking adventures. Three branches are sought out by the campfire cook and whittled to fit through the recesses of the tripod ring. The fire pit is then erected and a hook attached to hang a fire pot or tea kettle. The varying adjustable length of the chain allows the pot to be hung closer over the fire. The tripod ring is characterized by a small pack size and is also suitable, for example, for the construction of a teepee.
