Can the other person receive my order?
- Any person can receive the order at our offline shops or the warehouse if he can provide the order's number or the phone number provided with the submitted order.
- If the delivery by the pack station has been chosen the secret code must be provided which is sent to the phone number provided with the submitted order.
- When other types of delivery have been chosen (by the post office, Circle K, or Venipak courier service) the order can be received only by the person provided as the receiver with the submitted order.
