Where can I carry the product for warranty repair?

You can turn over the product in any of our offline stores. It will be forwarded to the warehouse within 3 working days to fix the defects. Additionally, you can deliver the product directly to the warehouse by the address: Rencenu street 10a.

If applicable you can send the defective product using OMNIVA pack stations. More information about the returns is provided there: Returns and warranty.
