All Global knives are made with the famous Global patented stainless steel: Cromova 18. A steel hardened with ice to obtain a Rockwell hardness of 56-58 HRC. Global knives come very sharp.
The sleeves feature the characteristic little Global dots and are filled with sand. This guarantees perfect balance when cutting. These handles are ergonomic and allow you to naturally place your hand far enough from the cutting edge.
This set consists of two very complementary Global knives. This set is essential in any good kitchen.
